All pieces will ship within 3 business days of when an order is placed except when noted.  

All shipments will have added insurance in case the piece arrives damaged.

If you receive a box that looks banged up - please take a picture of it before you open it. If the piece inside is broken - please take a picture of that too and email them to gabartceramics@gmail.com.

You will be given a full refund. I need the pictures to file a claim with the shipping company.

Only damaged pieces will be be refunded.
